Professional experience

Scott joined Tucker & Cowen as a Solicitor in March 2013 having previously worked for an established, mid-tier law firm in the Property & Projects group.

Scott has a broad practice, assisting clients with general commercial work, commercial property and business transactions, corporate governance and share sales, finance and security matters. He has a particular interest in the resolution of business and commercial disputes without recourse to litigation.

Scott graduated from the University of Queensland with Honours and was admitted in March 2012

Professional experience

Paul joined Tucker & Cowen as a solicitor in March 2016 and was appointed associate in July 2018.

Prior to Paul graduating from the Queensland University Of Technology (QUT) with a Bachelor of Laws, Paul also graduated from the University Of Queensland (UQ) with a Bachelor of Arts (Linguistics). Paul was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia in June 2013.

Previously Paul worked for a boutique commercial law firm practicing in the areas of general and commercial litigation. He has experience in conducting trials in all of the Queensland Courts (including Court of Appeal) and the various Queensland Administrative Tribunals.

Paul is also fluent in Italian this includes reading, writing and speaking.

Professional experience

Gregory holds a Master of Laws from the University of Western Australia as well as a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Notre Dame (Fremantle) and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2014. He was admitted to the High Court of Australia and the Federal Courts in 2016.

Gregory is a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer, who regularly assists a wide range of clients across a variety of jurisdictions in relation to their commercial, corporate and employment disputes. He is known for his ability to quickly identify his client’s commercial objectives and to think laterally to bring disputes to a rapid and cost effective end whilst optimising his client’s position.

Prior to commencing with Tucker & Cowen in 2019, Gregory practiced in Western Australia. Prior to entering practice, he was an associate at the Western Australian Court of Appeal and was a research clerk for a barrister.
